The Global Linguist Network
Greetings Fellow Language Specialists!
Thank you for your interest in joining our Global Linguist Network. We are thrilled that you are so willing to help us with such a huge undertaking. The main goal of the Global MS Society is to meet the unmet needs of the MS community, and people who struggle with disability have several different types of needs, not only medical. We have pledged to find our friends with MS and help them with whatever they need, and wherever they live. This means that we must create a way for everyone affected by MS across the globe to communicate with each other.
To accomplish this, we are building a Global Provider Network. We are networking with all of the other agencies, organizations, businesses, and technical professionals who are able to help our friends with MS get the help they need. For example, we need construction workers in our network to build ramps in our clients’ homes to adjust for disability, and we need all different fields of medicine to collaborate because different parts of the world practice different types of medicine. We realize this is an enormous task, but we are confident that our organization has what it takes to accomplish this, and we are grateful for your willingness to be part of our team. As a language specialist, you are a vital part of the Global Provider Network because your role is to help people communicate and understand each other so that the needs of our clients can be met. Communication is key.

Currently, all translation positions are for volunteers, but because translation is so important, these positions will transition to paid positions when we receive proper funding.
